Technical Issue Can't update - "Unhandled exception has occured in your application"

This really is a shoddy application of an updater.

Renamed MBII folder as suggested - same result, this time with a different file:

"Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData\mbii.x86.exe' is denied.

Ok for some reason the read-only attribute is set on these files.

I am having to go to each subsequent one that the updater points out it can't access.

Couldn't you just have implemented something in the updater that force-deletes these files? I am running it with administrator privileges after all.

edit: Ok, got them all, it's updating now.
