Launcher Can anyone help me figure out why my game wont launch?

Every time I go to launch the game it starts loading then closes. coming up with script reading "failed to load dll ui, looking for gvm" main text in red reads MV_Create on UI failed. I'm not to sure what this means could anyone help a brother out pls? Really been looking forward to playing this so would appreciate it a tone thanks.
