Technical Issue Blurry screen at some angles around my crosshair any fix?

Sorry for my grammar i have dyslexia

Ok so my screen gets blurry at some angles. For example if im standing behind cover the rest my screen gets blurry it really messes uo my aim. Also sometimes everything around my crosshair gets blurry and its really annoying any help or fixes?
