When firing a blaster (only tested E-11), you cannot kick via Class Special 1, nor can you for a couple seconds after.
As a Bounty Hunter, equip an E-11 and try to kick while firing. Won't work.
EDIT: Seems to affect other blasters as well. Previously you could do it immediately after firing your blaster.
