technical issue

For some reason I am lagging for other players but for me it's not even lagging the slightest. Sometimes I do lag a bit like when it's late bust most of the time when people call me out for lagging, I am not, at least not from my pov. Is there a fix for it or a specific cause? Thanks in advance...
