bp bar

I've seen multiple people use an extra BP bar on the middle-right side of the screen, yet I can't find anything about it in the settings and on Google. I think this bar is pretty handy, because it's bigger and your eyes dont have to travel as far to check on your BP. Am I missing something...

I was wondering how i can make my bp bar bigger, like in this image.
