@Nova I already keep my launcher running, as I said earlier. I require some other advice other than just telling me to "keep my launcher open" when I already do that.

And any searching that I have done into this issue has resulted in no succesful remedies. So please, for the sake of somebody that has spent hours trying to fix this issue. Any help will be wholly appreciated.
