Forearm and shoulder gains have been up since I started playing lower sensitivity so that I use my whole desk to pb and yaw. It really gets the blood pumpin!

I agree, devs need to stop with this "Progression! never backwards!" approach to making changes, idc what inner reasoning for it, whether ego or not. It hurts players genuine belief in the devs. Especially when a large number of changes have made the gameplay go backwards in many aspects...

Good lmfao, too many duels were stolen or needlessly extended by the stupid knock up. No more rng physics breaking launching people with slap. Now when you successfully slap, you are guaranteed your punish and if you whiff the opponent is guaranteed their punish... However it does need better...
