У меня тоже GoodbyeDPI но к серверам нормально подключается, а вот Zapret выдает ошибку когда уже карта загрузилась. Выключать на пол пути нет смысла, может не подключиться совсем. Тогда кажется или провайдер что-то блокирует или бан на сервере. Попробуй на Colosseum Open зайти
