the pb indicator and the hit effects are two entirely separate things. the indicator is the green arrow that shows when you're looking around someone's body. it's broken rn, hit effects (what you are talking about) work fine

cause it works and people join it, same reason that aod is 24/7 dotf, been like that for over 10 years and it's not goin anywhere, just an na thing

aod will never get rid of dotf 24/7, i'm 100% certain of that

tr ds turns into an rtv server and then the population simply just goes to aod dotf again or some other 24/7 server crops up, that's not really a solution, it's just an na problem
