Repair installation didnt work, I tried few times. How Can I start map using console in-game?

I used complete installation as well and dont have a lot of maps, including Duel of The Fates, but only when I tried to create my own server

Hey I really wanted to play with friends at Duel of the Fates map on my own server, but i can't even choose dotf from list of maps. However I can enter on server with that map without any problems
