Did you write ipofserver or the actual ip of the server ?

Open cmd prompt. Type tracert ipofserver hit enter It will trace from your location to server destination and you can see where it goes wrong maybe its your provider doing bad routing. Copy the tracelog paste it in chatgpt and copy the answer send it to your provider.
