Aha that's it, I'm new to this and didn't realise creating the server outside of the game was enough. Looked for the server in game and it's already there as you said. Thanks for your help Puppytine.

I changed my start and end range to 29070 and 29080 respectively. I shut every program down, ran server.bat, opened the game, tried to create a server and got the same error message. Is that how I'm supposed to do this? Any other ideas?
