It's easy enough to find. To get the hilt, go to either Jedi or Sith and go to the Class Configuration (find a button to bind that to in Controls>Other) and choose Hilts. Find the Kylo Ren Hilt (by clicking K on the list of hilts and searching) and bam, you have your saber.

I had the same problem, @Darth Serious. I went to Settings and clicked on "Repair Installation" on the bottom left of the box that came up.
