Yes, I've tried that and most recently and it didn't work. The only thing that fixed it was moving to the non-base game engine. and if I reinstalled the game it will work for a while until it does the same thing again. Was using JAMP not Open JK.

Not sure why but in a small window in the top left of my screen I'm just seeing the bottom left of the main menu after I boot up the game it was working ok yesterday. I'm running the game in 1920 by 1080. I played for years before until an update maybe 6 months or actually probably longer ago...
