I was having that problem. I went into settings from the launcher and ran a repair and that corrected the issue.
When I ran the repair a message popped up saying something along the lines of automatically moving any non official files to another folder (or maybe it deletes them?). I had the Peneke pack installed so I copied that file and put it back into my MB2 folder after running the repair.
