Status on the next update

I, and many other community members, have all been wondering on the status of this next big update. I know work on it has been done and continues to be done, but I am wondering if there is any concise time frame of when it will be released. So far I've heard very good things on the update itself and am very eager to see it be released, I just feel like some more communication on when or roughly when the update would be released would be beneficially for the community.

It'd be great if the update was cancelled.
I don't fancy witnessing a nerf to the SBD.

Update schedules for a mod generally aren't like that of professionally made titles. There usually isn't any idea when something is going to release because when people can work on the mod is unpredictable.
