Technical Issue Please start the launcher and keep it running

So my friend keeps getting this issue and nothings is fixing it. He's tried switching between mb2 client and jamp repairing installation and just relentlessly connecting to servers. Anyone know how to fix?

Same problem here, launcher is running yet the server disconnects me. Any fix yet?
