Manual download procedure:

Download 1.3.1 here: Star Wars: Movie Battles II v1.3.1 download
Download 1.3.2 manual patch here: http://www.moviebattles.org/download/servers/V1.3.1_V1.3.2_Upgrade.zip

Install as you did previous non-launcher versions.

However, you should really look into a new AV program. Norton is incredibly bloated and has been known to be fairly inaccurate with its detection in recent years with a lot of false positives and detection failures. There is a reason it has a pretty bad reputation in the PC community (Almost to Internet Explorer levels)

False positive. Nothing to fix.

//edit:
Also, Norton decided to go with some community bs, so if program is unknown is marked as suspicious. Don't use program if you don't know how it works.
