Technical Issue Lag when server is full

Hey guys,
So i've been having this problem for a while. When I'm playing on a server, and the server is fully popped, my ping increases a lot. I usually play with 180-200 ping on NA servers, and it increases up to 390-400. I saw some other players having this problem, and it only happens to players who are not from NA. I don't know if its a server issue or what, but i don't remember it happening before.

200 to 400 sounds way too much and ive never seen it happen, but are you getting this even on other servers?

nowadays the only server getting this much pop is freaky, so it only happens there. I dont know about other servers tho. But it only happens when im fighting and other players are shooting as well.

I get the same now too Bonzo, any server with higher ping I get accelerated to 450.

I can only imagine this being related to sub-optimal client network settings
