Issues with chat filtering.(I'm not sure it should be at bug tracker section,because it's both error report and a future suggestion for improvement)

Chat filter has limited amount of words,when i exceed the limit and connect to the server - there comes disconnect with an error,when i don't - it works fine,also chat filter cares much about register,like if the forbidden word typed with caps lock or with the capital letter in the beginning - it still shows up.

Would be cool to fix it,because some people(like me)stream this game on twitch and twitch is quite strict concerning some words.
