Hosting Server Im hosting a server but the server doesn't show up.

I have done all the steps I need but I can't get this thing to work, please bear with me though I am a noob when it comes to hosting servers.
Here are all the things I've done:
-Copy pasted the server.cfg and placed it into MBII
-Set the port on my router to 27090
-server.bat = jampDed.exe +set fs_game "MBII" +set net_port 29070 +exec server.cfg +developer 1

It would be much appreciated if you could help!

Update: The server now starts up and runs but I can't find it on the server list!

Check Local Tob
It won't show up in Internet
That worked for me.
