Hi there, I am looking for some help getting my resolution and graphics fixed. Right now the game is working but the graphics quality is low, and everybody moves around with their arms out...

I am playing on a large TV btw. so I set my custom width to 1920 and height to 1080 (is that the max?) and I have to adjust my desktop display settings so the game isn't zoomed in. So I got that part working but now the graphics quality is quite low and as I mentioned, the arms out and no roll animations etc...

If you're getting animation bugs then you're not loading the mod correctly. You must not start the base game and use the mod menu. You should start the game via the launcher or add +set fs_game "MBII" to the launch arguments of whatever is starting it. On Windows you will need to leave the launcher running in the background either way.

You can alter graphics settings and resolution in the video section of the options menu.

if it doesnt work you may need to run command seta r_mode -1 in console
