H.B. Pack

Hello there!

The H.B. Pack returns! The newest version is the v7.4, what is compatible with the v1.7.1 version of Movie Battles II. All information about this pack, including the list of new stuffs, credits and information about possible problems can be found in the new readme file, what is located inside the downloaded .zip file, and I attached it to this post too. If you have any problem, please check the readme file first, you may find the solution for your problem there.

Please be aware that some older version is also available, however they're not compatible with MB v1.7.1, so be sure you download v7.4, unless you have your reason to download an older version.

I've uploaded some preview pictures about the Hero units, about the Villain units and about the FA exclusive units, but you can also check the User Interface modifications, and of course there are the usual icon tables, what shows you the icons of the playable characters from Open mode. Outdated as of the latest HB Pack version, icon tables below:

Hello there everyone!

The next update (v7.1) is available!

The clonetroopers are uploaded into a separate .PK3 file this time so it will be easier to navigate for those who would like to work with it.

The HapSlash based JediPack has been reduced to "_a", ",_b", "_e" sub-models which means Qui-Gon, Mace Windu and Ep2 Obi have been reverted to base MBII models for instance.

Up to 30 new characters have been added to multiple classes. As much as it was possible, more characters have been rerouted as custom models to avoid potential conflicts with other packs. RGB paths and FA fix have been updated.

Check the screenshots for more information about the new lineup:

Note: the screenshots only indicate what is non-base MBII. So if there's something you don't see here, doesn't mean it's not in the game, there are no replacements whatsoever - the only exception is Grievous and kind of the Swamptrooper. As an exchange though, Grievous coughs in FA.

Why Bane's model so crooked? Can you do just the simple model in robe with that head, head is nice, like in picture, but dat "armor" its uncacon shit.

Yeah I get it. Well, he had quite a lot suits. Here. The first one supposed to be the crooked model as you pointed out.
I'm still reading the books so I do not personally have a clear picture how his suit looked like though. I think I'll stick with a HapSlash model reskin in next release. The rest is still messy. Only an experienced modeller could do this job perfectly.

This version primarily focuses on being playable and up-to-date with the new MBII release and the Peneke Pack v.2.0. Technically, it's 99% compatible with Peneke's pack. No known issues. In any case please contact us if you notice something unusual.

So other than that what's new since the last release?
This time I was editing a lot in the soundsets in most cases. For example, Grievous coughs like Vader breathes. Also, some new characters have been added while some low quality skins have been removed. You can see detailed information behind the spoiler tag.

Updated / re-arranged soundpacks to over 20+ characters. (Mostly KotOR and TOR ones)
APATHY IS DEATH!

Change: Darth Bane and Darth Caedus model.
Change: Rebel default RGB's face reverted to base JO/JA.
Change: Sith Jaden skin now has the robes and an alternate head-face texture.
Change: Jaina Solo now changed clothing from the black suit to pilot suit.

Galak Fyyar was removed since it's now part of official MB.
Ludo Kressh was removed.
Vitiate was removed.
Darth Jadus was removed.
Sith Rosh was removed.
All clone/ARC troopers have been removed due to the new official turbo clone model.

All custom Jedi and Sith have authentic saber hilts.

First and foremost, make sure to remove earlier H.B. releases before installing this one.

I haven't finished everything I planned for this version but a patch was needed due to the new MB release so here you go.

Some compatibility issues got fixed with Landolore's pack and the MaiaPack, so the overlapping skins are now consistent.

Other than that, there is some new stuff as inspiration hit me on the road.

Thanks for the feedback. This fan movie looks neat although I've checked your post shortly before the new patch was uploaded so maybe next time I'll look into it and see what could be used for voicelines.
Anyway Caedus and Jaina now have other than generic sounds in this very update.
