Technical Issue Connection interupted

So I've been playing for a few day and every 15 or so seconds I get a huge lag spike and some text that says "connection to server interrupted" and the game freezes
I've capped my fps at 60.
All the network settings are on default.
Any ideas why this is happening?

 

If you're using Wi-Fi, connect your computer via a cable to a router instead.

 

That sadly isn't an option, as I'd have to knock through a wall. Anything else I could try?

 

Try changing channels in your router's settings.
