Can't deflect.

Saw in a tip that you can deflect shots with 0 saber defence if you upgrade deflect, but when I try to I can't deflect any shots fired at me. What am I doing wrong?

That's a bug actually, as it was never intended to be removed, so thanks for reporting that.
