Launcher Cannot create file when that file already exist

I've had this problem since a year or two ago. When I click on play in the launcher, it says that an unhandled exception has occurred in your application. It says that it cannot create a file when that file already exist. I've try deleting and reinstalling MBII, but I get the same thing. Is there a specific file I need to delete?

Should be something similar of a fix from this thread.

If not there should be a details button that you can copy the information from into this thread that we can have a suss at.

It was a dark and stormy night.
Years ago. Whence, I cannot recall.
I played to click & click, to launch,
only unhandled, with no exception,
by application with no creation,
already in existence, without compare.

Error, Error, Puppytime came,
A Russian endeavor,

Wait, what?

Sorry about the inconvenience. Here's what the details says. I'm also new to this, so sorry if it's just a simple fix.
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Sorry about the inconvenience. Here's what the details says. I'm also new to this, so sorry if it's just a simple fix.
Delete file "Jedi Academy\GameData\temp.exe" and try again.
If that file doesn't exist, post a screenshot "Jedi Academy\GameData" folder.

EDIT:
Oh wait, hold on a second... Why the hell do you start MBII Launcher from .zip file???!
You're supposed to extract both MBIILauncher.exe and MBII_Patcher.dll from .zip archive, place it inside of "Jedi Academy\GameData" and START MBII LAUNCHER ONLY FROM THERE!
It's better even to delete .zip file from hard drive once its contest is extracted.
