Technical Issue Animations not working properly, characters arms outstretched Help!

hi everyone i'm getting weird problems when i join a game and load a playermodel it glitches out with arms flaring out in the customization menu, then i spawn in with messed up animations...when i move or see other people move it looks like their sitting down and hovering, Help!

Lol in the times before launcher the fix was make sure you have mb assets in the base folder. idunno man, try repairing through the launcher, sounds like corruption.
