Technical Issue "an exeption occured during web client redequest"

I'm trying to install the mod and half way through the download I got this message. it refuses to download now. any ideas on how I can fix it?
I would attach a screenshot but apparently that's to big for the server.

Do you get any popup error message box?
If you do, click "Details" button and copy-paste all its content here.

Download latest version of Launcher by these links:

http://update.moviebattles.org/launcher/MBII_Patcher.dll
Make sure that you put all these files into "Jedi Academy\GameData" folder.

Make sure that Launcher isn't blocked by firewall.

Post latest logs from "Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII_Launcher\logs" here.

How exactly it "wont launch"? =\\\
Any error messages, dialog windows? Please describe your issues in most detailed and informative way, do not just say "it doesn't work".

Thanks for the response.
I managed to fix it by downloading the latest launcher from a link in another thread. Also the thing you have to change in the propropoties tab in steam (something to do with launch settings) is not up to date in the instructions in the MBII folder that comes with the mod when you download it from the website. I had to find it in another thread and change it.
I will post exactly what I had to change tommorow. I don't have time to look tonight.
