Everytime i try to start up my MB2 i keep getting an..... application load error P: 0000065432 Please help me youre my only hope

Ok so i downloaded a model pack that adds 4 new models but it says for installation put .pk3 file inside mbII folder. but i cant find the .pk3 file i feel like its so straight forward im blind to it.

This is the first time this has happened to me and i dont know if its just me but when i click server browser no servers will pop up just keeps saying searching for servers at the bottom.
