Just wanted to give a huge thanks to the Movie Battles II devs, especially Defiant , for updating the game servers and mod to run on Linux properly. Here's to you!

DOTF loads, however it CTD's when you try to hit a panel with your lightsaber. Honestly, at this point MBII isn't worth it on Linux and I'm not willing to run Windows in a VM.

Just tested it. CTD'd me after loading into the Death Star map.

What you guys need to do is Update the Client for Linux users. Last time I checked, Mace knew how to do it, but he supposedly left the Dev team. So if you know anyone with knowledge on Linux, please update the client.

That guide unfortunately is extremely outdated. We need an updated one, either that or someone on the Dev team with knowledge of Linux needs to compile a version of MBII that's compatible.
