fuck it ill break my beta test agreement. the bridges will automatically spawn in npc_ragnos. Which results in tons of jawas with lightsabers chasing you out of gen.

If you can manage to do all of that, you have to enable cheats. set an rconpassword in the server config then in game type in console "/rcon rconpassword {password}" without quotes or brackets. Then "/rcon devmap {mapname}" to be able to spawn in npcs.
