Improve support for Simple HUD
Useful Shortlist of Demands, for dearest Tempest, the code man: Add Dodge Points counter (since it's out of 100). Add melee recharge meter (as a counterr? As seconds? As a BP/Fuel-style bar? so what are the odds of any cvar values that let you seem very laggy to other players getting removed/locked? Laggy targets are harder to hit. Technical Issue mblocking not working?
You have to walk (hold shift) (although Tempest's phrasing almost suggests that you can MBlock while not-walking, and you just won't do the animations. I have no idea if that is or isn't true.)
