Past few days all duel servers (except the Russian one...surprisingly enough) have been subjected to DDOSing.

Still feel the COMPLETE removal of perks in open was unnecessary, and has brought back using only 1/2 styles in open. Gave some spice and variety to open for saberists.

Good job lads. Actually liking it. Saber system is a biiiiig difference, but with time I guess :)
