Excuse the late reply, not really a valid argument and i'd argue it's dumb to not use the extra features that are already developed in a mod that is designed for casual players seeing as how hostile this mod is to clans/roleplaying/competitive so may aswell expand on the features already there

The developers are terrible at balancing, the best thing we can push is choice, classes should all be unique and with as many possibilities, If you think Bounty Hunter is bloated with options then you have must not have ever seen how customization is in other games, and yes it's possible on here...

Have you seen the state of mb2? there's no balance at all, even if he was correct about Bounty Hunter alone being an amazing class the weapon diversity is almost as garbage as soldier diversity rifle and pistol, such options! All the saber vs gunner duels come only down to saberists running...

Are you familiar with good classes? Bounty Hunter isn't one of them. But i don't expect you to reply with any arguments for it so i'll just tell you to "sod off" and look forward to your reply where you call me dumb.

SBD isn't too bad tbh, it's the other classes like bounty hunter which actually need the buffs

It should be allowed for some classes tbf, like mando/force users and etc. but as for commander the class itself isn't very strong without dodge so i'd say putting the points up for dodge and perhaps giving commander other ways to fight opponents (cheaper grenades could be a start)
