It's actually extremely hard to avoid it unless you have a sith with push, since it has massive AoE and the blast goes through the walls.

First off, this section is for official servers only. TR are NOT official servers. Second, it's their server, so they can do whatever they want on it. And third, they are well known for this kind of behaviour. And now you are aware of it too.

Yes, this bug does exist and I experienced it myself many times. It is not limited to discharge deka though, as I also had it happen to me when I had quick deploy equipped. If I remember correctly, it mostly happened when I was turning my shield on and off manually via class special 2 button.

This is kinda pointless. Devs already talk directly to the community, so there is no need for a person to pass info back and forth. Everything you mentioned in your post is already being done by the devs one way or another. So, why exactly do we need a community manager?
