It's a waste of points. You can manually dodge ee3 and proj and for the 1 or 2 people that are godlike with ruptor... its just not worth it.

As the title says my game stops for about a second every time someone connects. I had this issue before and I can't remember what fixed it. The issue happened right after the 1.4.1 patch. Or maybe it has something to do with me reinstalling the game at the same time. It already cost me...
