It looks fine if you just want to meet modern standards, however if you are looking to better improve the quality, I would use 12 Mbps for 1080p60. Not only will it look better on YouTube, but it will take much less time to render and upload. You will also get a much smaller file.

What kind of GPU do you have. Sometimes using the MBII Client with an intel GPU can cause problems.

Are you using the Steam version of JKA?

I believe that Razor Game Booster can also be the reason for the error.

First I would try checking the install integrity. You can find that in settings in the launcher. If that doesn't fix it, I would uninstall and reinstall (use buttons on bottom left of launcher.). If that fails to fix the problem as well, try turning down some shader settings and things alike...

If what @Puppytine said does not work, I found on my system that having the texture detail at "very high" caused the same error. Try turning down the texture detail. I believe this is due to the graphics card. What kind of GPU do you have?
