    You will have to repair installation to play MBII now. Never modify game files. Override them only. How do you start the mod? What's inside your mmeMBII? What's inside start_jaMME_MBII.cmd file? Are you sire the cgame you have is v1.4.4?

    Everything can always be made optional: some enable it, some disable it. They never distracted me in my experience, so I'd enable them. People like you have another experience, so they better keep it disabled.

    It's a pretty funny nonsense. cgame is a .dll on Windows. It gets executed because you get the error. .so is a linux dynamic library, it's unused. I guess you are just unlucky, the error is unrelated to mme. What? How is it related to this thread?

    Tested your demo. It works fine on my side. It has a lag at the beginning though. Try to check MBII integrity? - - - Updated - - - IMPORTANT!! I've updated the first post. Start jaMME as before but with the regular demo player now.
