I was meaning when you tried to execute the "launcher" through terminal, you just provide a screenshot. Can do it again and provide a copy/paste of the entire text inside the terminal starting from your command

Well they show exactly the same issue here.

Keep the launcher as the frontmost application. Sometimes also moving the mouse above helps ... (Guru tips);)

To access to the jk launcher config double click on its icon with "shift" key down. You will then access to a screen like that, where you can specify :

BTW : MB2 folder should be in game data folder (depending on which version of JKA or OpenJK you use). Use Mac launcher to launch it then with args : +set fs_game "MBII" (I've joined it here)

Did you install Mono on your Mac ?

For the moment, If you install mono, then you should be able to play it through launcher.
