You could stop alt-shifting, what the hell does alt-shift does anyway, maybe change you binds to not use alt and shift together? If you're talking about alt-tab instead, it's life telling you to choose between mb2 and everything else.

This isn't really the place since the forum is dedicated to the MB2 mod, this is quite out of place. Check the game forum on steam or ask steam support. I didn't get any issues on my setup.

How to stop TK? Fix the physics so nades don't get glued to the floor or bounce randomly. Most of my tk always occur from weird physics blowing a hole in someone after my push.

I don't agree with point 9 of k4, but an interesting alternative would be a faster throw that way the nade would be harder to predict/push and travel farther also.
