Is T-21 healthy for the game?

I'm not a good open player, but i feel like this gun is easy to use and is better at doing damage than any other rifle in close to mid range areas (like the damn smuggler). And i love it when good aim players get this gun to chill/go berserk and kill all rebels (hell even i do good with t-21 lol). Do you think this gun needs a few adjustment to it or is it good as it is?

Upgrade it by adding a scope T-21B heavy blaster
