[SOLVED] Irritating lag spikes

In my laptop MB2 had no lag spikes but after i bought a new PC and wifi usb it has occasional lag spikes while i am doing and is very annoying at it makes me lose a duel sometimes. Now, when i connected to a server with 20+ people it has constant lag spikes, i have tried to change network settings in game etc but it seems to be unremovable and i require assistance.

So the client isn't keeping up. Not really in a position to troubleshoot your network hardware if that's the issue, but you can at least make sure your game settings are correct. They should look like this (or just use the LAN/Cable preset with custom settings off, same thing):
