Exporting GLM out of Blender

Greetings

Was wondering how you guys manage to extract hilts with UV mapping & Tags from Blender with GLM.
Whenever I try doing it, the GLM seems to be broken in some way. (using mrwonko's plugin)
Loading it into MB2 just gives me either the XYZ Axis as model,
or the saber just sticks out of my crotch with only 1 untextured part of the hilt..
Looking at the textures I can only assume that the exporter isn't doing what it's supposed to do..
.sab & .shader file are adjusted aswel and I'm basically just replacing a hilt, tried it with 2 others, same result

Any sugestions / solutions?
Thanks in advance

@Equinox - For exporting glm model for saber i wouldnt use blender glm exporter.

In the application called - MD3 viewer you can export MD3 model as the glm. I used this method and it worked fine. Select your model, your tags and export it in the MD3viewer.

Ah, thanks Langerd. That's what I was looking for.
However I now see that I have 100 Verts more than allowed.
Any advice on how to lower them? Besides decimating your model into nothingness..

It's the Eonic hilt with a few attachments on it. The surface with too many verts is the selection here:

I tried to Bisect this surface into 6 parts but that didn't change anything.

Not want to be rude but on the right i see that you have very messy file. Game later load all of those things. Also i see that your model use many cilinders.

show me the wireframe screen or if you can - send me blend file.
