Hosting Server Log file help for setting up RTV/RTM for Server

I've spent the last day trying to set up a server (successfully) but I'm pretty clueless when it comes to gettting the RTV/RTM working correctly. When launching the server with RTV/RTM it says.

[*] Checking options for errors... Failed!

ERROR: MBII folder does not exist.

I am pretty sure I have it pathed properly, but when I change the path to not include the file I want to use as the log it says permission denied to access the log.

You don’t have the correct path on the rtvrtm.cfg. Check again.
